Since its inception, KITFest has stood as the ultimate platform for showcasing diverse theatrical talent. Over the years, the festival has become a hub for artists across Africa and beyond to connect, collaborate, and tell their stories.
This year marks a special milestone — the 10th Edition! We are bringing together performances from 16 countries across the world, representing multiple cultures, languages, and unique traditions.
Audiences can look forward to different genres for everyone: from drama and comedy to spoken word, musicals, and contemporary pieces. Theme nights and immersive experiences will create unforgettable moments for both local and international audiences.
For the first time ever, KITFest will expand across 5 incredible venues: the Kenya National Theatre (Main Auditorium, Cheche Gallery, Ukumbi Mdogo), Goethe-Institut, and Alliance Française. And to crown it all, we’ll host a spectacular closing concert that you won’t want to miss!
